Family Mediation Services

FAMILY MEDIATION SERVICES

Call to speak by telephone with Ms. Hager at which
time she will review the mediation process, including
her Agreement to Mediate
which must be signed by both parties prior to
commencement of the mediation process.

Fees:

One-time administrative fee of $100.00;
$150.00 per hour thereafter,
with a $750.00 deposit for Firm's IOLTA Trust Account
to be made prior to the first session.

Please note: Both parties are encouraged to have a consultation with an attorney prior to
commencing mediation, as Ms. Hager cannot provide legal advice to either party. Once an
agreement is reached, typically one of the parties must have an attorney draft the formal
Separation Agreement and/or any necessary court documents
as Ms. Hager cannot serve in that capacity.
